A practice born
from the inside out.

I came to yoga not through flexibility, but through the need to slow down. After years of living at full-tilt, I found that the mat was the only place where my breath and body could finally agree.

I'm a certified 500-hour yoga teacher with training in Vinyasa, Yin, and somatic movement. I believe that yoga is not about the shape of a pose — it's about what you discover when you stop forcing one.

Based in Boston, I work with individuals and small groups, both in person and online. Every session is tailored to where you are that day, not where you think you should be.

One-on-one sessions designed entirely around your body, goals, and nervous system. In-person (Boston area) or via video.

A flowing, breath-led practice that builds heat and awareness. Suitable for all levels. Community-centric and energising.

Slow, meditative, and deeply nourishing. Long holds, props, and presence. Perfect after intense weeks or seasons of change.
