A practice born
from the inside out.

As a 500-hour RYT and certified Mat Pilates instructor with over six years of experience, I specialize in athletic and restorative modalities. My direct and practical style emphasizes alignment and efficient cuing to create challenging yet accessible practices.

My work is rooted in a mindfulness journey that began in 2015, fostering a deeper connection with my neurodivergent self. This foundation of self-awareness informs an inclusive philosophy and the creation of adaptable environments for every practitioner.

Driven by curiosity, I integrate advanced training in Ayurveda and human movement into my teaching. I balance dynamic strength with intentional recovery to help others maintain a sustainable, mindful movement practice.
